I have built my business and reputation through referrals. I have lived in the North Valley area, formerly known as Berryessa, for over 25 years. I raised my family here and worked in the school system as a volunteer from the elementary level to the high school level.

As a community minded person I used my contacts and skills in communication to build my business in real estate in North Valley and surrounding communities. I specialized here because of my long time involvement in this community.

I have worked with first time buyers, not only in purchasing but educational programs designed to help them through the purchasing process.

As a listing agent, I represented sellers in numerous communities assisting in home preparation, open houses, advertising and negotiation of contracts.

The greatest compliment of my services is to have my clients refer me to their friends and relatives.
